You’re frowning at the sun,
You’re praying for this to end
To be finished, to be done.

Happiness seems out of reach
Things always seem to get worse,

I know that you’re stronger than this

Although he is in pain
It’s helping him to have you near,

The distance between us

Through your time in this fight,
