I still thought about you the whole time we were apart,
There wasn't a single day where u fell from my mind.
I wondered what i did to make you leave,

It was all so very sudden and came as a complete shock,
When i thought what we had was so hard to lose.
I thought we had it all, The future and not dwell on the past.
You left me in a lurch not knowing what was going on.
Little did i know all the problems you were having.
A part of me is still holding onto you,

Even that was hard to do.
I loved you when you were at your worse, I gave you all that i could, But even that wasn't enough.

My family and friends all thought you were no good for me.
I refused to believe or listen to them.
