What Do You Do?

What do you live for when all you were living for is gone?
What once seemed so right is now all wrong
When the one you love tells you 'goodbye'
And nothing or no one can stop you cry
What do you do when he tells you you're through?
And says he never again wants to hear from you
When you want to die because you hate your life
And miss him so much you turn to the knife
What happens when you pretend you're OK?
But don't want to upset anyone so it's best not to say
