See how her friends surround her,
But are in another world,

See the family around her,
Who don’t even care,
See how distant she is from them,

See how she watches her dad,
Wishing for his love,
See how he discards her,
With one simple shove.

See how her mum,
Never expects her to fail,
See how she has to lie,
And not tell her every detail.

See how her sister only uses her,
Is only nice when there’s something she wants,
See when her sister shouts she hates her,
In her heart these words haunt.

See how nothing ever happens,
How her life gets so pointless,
See how all these questions,
Just leave her head in a mess.

See why she can't tell you these things,
