Complete

by Marisa Lishay   Dec 19, 2004

I no longer have me little feet,
no, oh no, they're not here no more,
i sit beyond the horizon still,
and my baby comes to greet me,
his presence fills,
fills my heart with sweet embrace,
yet turns my heart any direction
but his face.

he makes me complete,
even though i no longer have my little feet.
he makes me whole,
even though my feet have swollen.

he completes me,
we've grown.

this poem is about love everlasting.
even though she no longer ha little feet( as did when they met) he loves her the same.
