Her World (song? I don't know... you decide)

by Erica Brown©   Dec 20, 2004

It all started with this girl,
Who lived sullen in this world.
Seems everyday she had a reason to die.
She had nothing keepin' her head up high.

She came up with every type of suicide,
Just because she felt ugly and wide inside.
Everyday she cried so many tears,
Getting rid of almost all her fears.

And people would say,
That she shouldn't cry,
Her life was fine,
There was no need to die.
But how could they ever know,
When her would would never show?

She felt lonely, depressed and out of place,
You barely ever saw a smile upon her face.
When all hope seemed to be lost,
Something came to thaw the frost.

He was tall, slender, a perfect fit,
Her dim heart he just lit,
Causing everything to change,
Even her life began to dissarange.

And people would say,
That she shouldn't cry,
Her life was fine,
There was no need to die.
But how could they ever know,
When her would would never show?

Everything revolved around him,
Which wasn't the best.
He was her main source of energy,
Making her forget all the rest.

Then he was gone,
Taking all her pride.
All because he said a simple "I love you."
Causing her to die inside.

And people would say,
That she shouldn't cry,
Her life was fine,
There was no need to die.
But how could they ever know,
When her would would never show?

Now it's even worse.
She's feeling really low,
She's dying,
And he didn't even know.
