You were my best-friend at heart,
That was until...you broke our friendship apart,
As Lil girls we promised to be friends forever,
Always talk,
And even grow old together,
You were like a sister to me,
Always the friend I'd call when I wanted to go partying,
Now...your nothing to me at all,
I don't even bother to call,
Always down to help you out,
When you needed me..."Friend",
I was there no doubt,
To stop you from feeling lonesome,
I assured you whenever you need me just come,
Always there when you needed me,
Thought I saw you there 2,
...Guess my vision was blurry,
I wish you could of stood true,
because...I really never knew the real you,
And as I think about our friendship memories,
I think about the days me and you...you and me,
Were actually there for each other,
It's Gone now...The friendship,
And there'll never be another,
Different people now,
With different lives,
and...different hearts,
I realize it now we grew so much apart,
Friends....
They're Never there to the end...
