Stand In The Rain

by Seth   Dec 20, 2004

The rain falls down,
unto his head,
he stands there cold and lonely.

Is she there,
looking at the rain,
she was his one and only.

Only space,
is in his heart,
there's no way to heal it.

He wishes she,
could come inside,
know the cold and feel it.

All those emotions,
come back to him,
mostly the sad ones.

Those are the ones,
that hit him the most,
never recall the glad ones.

Or he might think,
of a time,
when he didn't have the strain.

He'll wish for them back,
the happy times,
but can only stand in the rain.
