Little Tim

by Jesse Lafferty   Dec 21, 2004

This broken child
Poignant and docile
Cold
Wishing for a mother to
Hold
Him in his sleep true
He lay in the snow
Feeling warm though
As a man walks up to him
Welcoming
Calling out toward little Tim
Reaching
For his little hand
To carry him home again
