Play

by Mark Hopwood   Dec 21, 2004

It brings you down
And turns your world around
Leaves you stranded
Without a sound,
It drains all your hope
And I'll never let you cope
Until your trapped in your soul
With no one to throw down a rope.

I guess I've always been alone,
Sat chewing on this f**kin' bone
That just rots away and disappears
Hows it been the same for 22 years?

So this is what life is
And i just don't think i can play
This stupid, pointless f**kin' game
That no one can win anyway.
