Goodbye best friend

We are such good friends
that you cant deny
but now we have to say goodbye
you will go your way
and i will go mine
but i will think about you
all the time
when it mattered you were there
you are my best friend
forever until the end
time flies by
but I'll never forget
the way it was
the day we met
i think of you everyday
all the time
in every way
i wonder will i ever see you again?
because you are a real and true best friend

*i wrote this back in 2002 for my friend sheila before she moved to another country and i only found it the other day going through some old junk this poem is still true 2day a couple of days b4 2005 sheila u will always b my best friend*

    real sweet i can definitly relate. 7 of my best frieds have moved between only 4 years! it was like id make a best frend theyd move i get clsoe with someone lse theyd move and so on people jsut kept leaving i lvoe the poem and really felt it

    I like it alot.. rhyme scheme is good .. you should put the rhyme at the end of each line.. cause some was hard to follow.. but when you get into the rythm it is really great
