Eternal Blood

by Michael D Nalley   Dec 22, 2004

Where does it come from where does it start?
The blood in my brain comes from my heart
My heart needs rhythm my mind needs rhyme
My soul it needs the seasons of time

My strength needs Bread warmth water and air
My soul needs the love of One who does care
The love of my heart passes through my mind
My ethereal essence seeks what it can find

Blood of my father Blood of my mother
Blood of my sister Blood of my brother
Blood has been passed from the first to the last
Blood contains the elements to make life steadfast

Even when I cannot see it I believe it is in you and me
Like the love of the Father passed through eternity
Where does it come from where does it start?
Do you believe in the most Sacred Heart?
