I just remembered
that we once were
the best of friends
we began to mature

we hit each other
every day
when you punched me
you ran away

things have changed
through the years
plus were surrounded
by different peers

we were once
in the same class
and when you left
i shattered like glass

now i know
how things feel
and i know
my love for you is real

i have no one else
it is only you
and if you want someone
you have me too!!

i know it's different
and i can't change your mind
but maybe soon,
we'll start to bind

a year to go
thats all it takes
before i realize
I've made mistakes

am i a fool?
or am i the same?
sometimes life feels
like a video game

my life now
is way too plain
so i need love
