yet so many are left unspoken.
it's been a while since I've seen you
and yet it seems we've never drifted.
the familiarities,

the style and manner you carry yourself,
all remains the same.
I'm glad we've cleared the air,
I'm glad that we've moved on,
I'm glad the we're both happy.
we've been through tough times, i know
but we've both pulled through fine.
i just need to let to know;
that i still love you
though not the same way
you still have a place in my heart
and there it will stay
you've taught me so much,
so much that i cant say.
you enabled me to grow, love and be loved.
I'm grateful for the time we had,
though short it was severed.
