My Dream

A dream I have had
Since I can remember
Of wanting to flee
Yet getting abused in some way
People all around me
Touching me wanting me
I try to push them away
But they keep touching me groping me
I cry out “stop it”
But they only smile at me
Their smiles so demonic to me
Yet they look like any mortal
They touch me push me
I try to see their eyes
But a dark shadow covers them
I try to get free but the grab me hold me
I scream “Don’t touch me”
“Get off me”
“Leave me alone”
My mind is set on one phrase
“Don’t touch me”
I continued to say this again and again
But they smile
And continue on
I cry out in pain
Trying to flee their grip of me
But I never get away
Rapped in some sort of way
They still touch me rape me
This dream has never left me
I just hoping the meaning of the dream
Remains to be just a dream
