Different

by *Natalie*   Dec 26, 2004

Different all over,
inside and out,
walking on different paths taking different routs.
Shapes, colors, differences don't really matter in my mind.
Don't tell me I'm wrong,
this is what I've come to find. People keep talking as if there is something wrong.
I took the pencil out,
yet down the page it went along. Independent and step by step it created something so strong,
tears or smiles
will indeed generate from this simple and striking song.
United as one that's what they say, although is that really how we feel each and every single day?
War on terror, fighting hunger,
give your blood for someone younger trying to help everyone but so many are in need.
I believe you said one country one person,
everyone is freed.
You're yet to see what stands before you,
what lies beneath you;re eyes. Everything looks so innocent never would you think so many things are in disguise.
We want to believe a lie just because the truth kills,
every heart made differently,
every right to go against good wills
