I love the way you look at me
As though I’m the best
I love the way you stare at me
And ignore all the rest

I love the way you touch my skin
You make me feel no harm
I love the way you pull me in
To your strong loving arms

I love the way you whisper
So gently in my ear
I love the way protect me
From all my scary fears

I love the way you tell me
Everything will be alright
I love the way you hold me
So close and so tight

I love the way you love me
The way you kiss my lips
I love the way you smile
With your hands on my hips

I hate the way this feels
How real this all may seem
I hate the way I know
That this is all a dream
