Dead line (Part 78)

by ntv650   Dec 30, 2004

Another night alone,
Without a body to hold.

Another dinner,
Eaten on my own.

Going to work and back,
With no-one else at home.

Another christmas,
Spent with just the tree.

Another weekend,
Glory, behold Im still lone.

Ring, bloody-ring goes the phone,
Pick it up, it’s loneliness asking

“Where has your baby gone?”
