Only icy stares.
No one to hear your noisy cries.
Because no one really cares.
No fuzzy blanket,
Just a cold, cold night.
A frozen feeling through your body,
No one will hold you tight.
No hot sun shining,
Just dark clouds of grey,
No one left to warm you up,
When your bodies freezing away.
No warm fire,
Just a body so numb.
There’s never any hope of warmth to come.
The matches all snapped,
The firewood is wet,
My warm clothes are missing,
I’m feeling things I’ll never forget.
She left me completely frozen,
In a pool of icy dust,
With no hope of warming up
and no one left to trust.
