You might have thought I needed you, but you are wrong
Because against the wrath of love, I will be strong
You may have thought that I will not go on
But I shall continue my quest until the break of dawn

I also thought that one look from you, will keep me forever
But you cannot do that anymore because I am too clever
You cannot do to me what you did before,
Thought you could keep me to yourself forever more

You thought that I was your fool, but you better think again
But you were the one too foolish to comprehend
That your thoughts were the ones that did you wrong
That your thoughts were the ones that revealed the truth

You thought, I thought, we thought
Something that wasn’t right
It was simply a thought, something that cannot be explained
A thought, in which reality is in vain
