Sitting upon a lie

The feelings are real,
The feelings are true,
I just dont know what to do
If I say those little words will I choke?
WIll You think that its all a joke?
When you hold me in your arms, I feel like there will be no harm
Do you feel that too?
Do you wonder what you should do?
I hate not knowing, it hurts deep inside
Why do I feel like these feelings have to hide?
Perhaps, I think that I should keep my pride?
Hold my head up and stride?
I dont want you to see the tears I have cried...
I feel like I am sitting upon a big lie
Does the confusion ever end?
Will my heart soon mend?
