Fear of true love

How come everytime i wake with a smile, your image is the last i can remember?
Longing for you now is that of a daily delight
I seem to want you so much more now
Everyday i lock it away and swallow my pain
I can't hold you cause of distance
I can't hear you cause of the hate your authority shares with me...
but what hurts most, I can't see you cause of fear
I can't fight my feelings so I'll let them grow,
This fear must die for me to live
I need you so much, but i hate the way i feel.
