SADNESS IN THEIR LIVES

SADNESS IN THEIR LIVES
Those who live with sadness in their lives,
Have empty hearts and sleepless nights.
And all they want to feel, is to feel alive,
But in their life nothing ever feels right.
Some will try and hide their sorrow,
others will live with hearts so cold,
But both dread each tomorrow,
Not wanting to know what the day will unfold.
Others might try and ignore what's happening to them,
Hoping that in time it will pass the by,
But then it becomes a common trend,
that they constantly deny.
But what they all have in common in their lives
is something that they constantly feel
It prevents them to live, you can see it in their eyes,
Their living in sadness against there will.
And so there hope lies in the hands of the lord,
He's the only one that seems to be there,
They hope their happiness will soon be restored,
So every night they say a hope filled prayer.
