Her Dark Hair, Those Eyes

by Jessica   Jan 1, 2005

Behind the fake smiles
The dark hair, those eyes,
Sits a girl so alone
Every night, she cries.

Look past the imperfect figure
The dark hair, thoses eyes,
You may be shocked, amazed
But if you know pain, its no surprise.

With her heart so broken
And her dark hair, those eyes,
She walks into school smiling
While inside she dies.

Can't they see she's so fake
With her dark hair, those eyes,
She's so broken inside
Do they not realize?

Love has killed her inside
Her dark hair, those eyes,
She'll always pray for the day
The sun does not rise.

She can't take the pain
Her dark hair, those eyes,
Everything is fading
With each coming lie.

So notice the fake smiles
The dark hair, those eyes,
Notice the girl who's so alone
Answer her prayers, hear her cries.
