Y am i so depressed

Hey, keep strong.. Sometimes people are just depressed you dont have to have a reason.. But remember that you are always loved by someone, and that if you want to talk about anything at all, then look around there are heaps of people there wanting to help, if you let them.. But one thing that i'm going tell you, don't keep that sadness away from people, talk about, because if you let it consume and hide it then it'll just get worse..

Be strong.. and keep writing..
