Wounded

by sLeine   Jan 2, 2005

39 bruises in her heart,
scars that no makeup can ever hide.
to begin with, no words can explain,
to all the hidden angers and pain.

the pain she hides she can not deny,
but by daylight she tries to stand up high,
trying not to let others see,
all the hidden bruises within she.

17years her life she live,
where everyone around her,
push her to sleep, tries not to wake her,
from her dreams.
scared what might happened when she'd realized the schemes.

she got no knowledge of what was real,
for she couldnt speak in her sleep,
and all she did is simply was to cry,
and to fight back all the pain inside.

and i wonder of what may lie,
beneath the infinite veils of lies,
all around her made her a fool,
but she just stared from inside.

behind the veil everyone laugh,
to what was happening to her in life....

I can not understand whats happening inside,
all this raging pain i cant hide,
i can not say any words to fit,
so this work will never be.. complete.
