Make her me.

by Lushed   Jan 2, 2005

Pouring over piles of lost memories.
Slipping past each one.
Carrying years of regret
That can't be undone.

I want to change the old.
Make her me.
She did everything wrong.
I will not let her free.

Dumb things she's done.
Stupid things she said.
Her damn face hurts to look at.
I want her left for dead.

I know the truth very well.
But i still do not care.
I was her.
And this regret will stalk me forever.

awesome poem, its kinda got a mystery to it cuz it doesnt exactly what she did, which allows the poem to be interpreted in different ways & makes it easier to relate to, great work! 5/5
