Memories Can hurt

by Erika   Jan 2, 2005

The memories of the past are scanned in her head,
All the things he did, all the things he said,
All the times he heard I love you meant shit,
Everything meant zero now that they had split.

Her heart hurts every time she thinks about him,
And everything for her has become grim,
She was a fool and let him play her,
The tears start to flow and the room becomes a blur,

She starts to go into her own world starts to disappear,
Down her cheeks falls a tear,
She thinks about him and doesn’t stop,
And wished to god that they hadn’t fought.

Will she get over him she doesn’t know,
It’s so hard because she loves him so,
And every time she thinks of him she gets a pierce in her heart,
She wished she could go back, back to the start.

And not fall in love with him not care for him so,
Then their wouldn’t be any reason for these tears to flow,
But she knows it’s impossible she knows it’s been done,
Everything they went threw can not be reduced to none.

So the memories will still stay in her head and heart,
And she’ll still wish that they weren’t apart,
Because she loves him he’s the one,
And what’s done can never be undone.
