Journey to Dragons Hollow: P12

"Annie, what do you think it is going to be like?" Carson asked. His eyes sparkling.
Ana sighed, she was happy...who cared that she was going to live with gay guys, she was going to have a family. "I do not know Buddy...we have been in this place for so long now, i am not sure how it is going to be living with an actual family. I think things will go smoothly. I hope at least that they will." She said throwing the last of her makeup into her suitcase. The twins were leaving in two hours to begin their new life. Carson of course being the responsible individual that he was, was already packed and was simply talking to his sister because he was bored.
"So, does Willie already have your new address?" He asked, his eyes curious. Ana shook her head, sending wisps of hair flying around her face. "No," she said. "I told him that i wanted to get settled in before he came to see me. Does that make sense at all?" Carson shrugged, "I guess so. So, what is the first thing that you want to do when we get there?" he asked, running his fingers through his hair. It was a habit that he had. Ever since he lost it to leukemia, he ran his fingers through almost as if to make sure that it was still there. "Um, i do not know. I guess get all my stuff unpacked. but up pictures and what not. You?"
"Bask in the glory that i actually have a family again." Ana giggled, she had not seen her brother this happy in a long time. After Leah dumped him he just hadn't been the same. "Car...when do you think that you might start dating again?" she asked shyly. His face hardened the happy expression that showed vanished. He became quiet. Ana didn't press the matter, it would not do any good. The next hour and a half was slightly awkward, and the two were anxious. Finally when the doorbell rang, the two jumped up, and darted down the steps. After the final paperwork was signed, Ana and Carson said goodbye to the life that they had known for 3 long years.
