Even though you're gone
your memory stays with me
You're everything I know
and everything I see

I owe my life to you
and again one say we'll share
The good days and the bad
because I know you truly care

You'll continue to make me smile
whether it's rain or shine
Because no matter what
you're always on my mind

Sometimes I miss you so much
and I think of joining you
But I remember you wanted nothing more
than for me to stay true

You were my true companion
and nothing could tear us apart
And even though you're gone
you're forever in my heart

No-one really realizes
that I miss you so much
But I do and I can't wait till again
I can feel your loving touch

Sometimes
when I look up to the sky at night
I can see your smile
in the stars shining bright

You continue to keep watch on me
from your home up above
Nothing could ever break
our unconditional love

My happiest day
will be when everyone will see
Together again
you and me

But my darkest day
and saddest hour
Was one that Ill never
be able to truly devour

No matter what
it was me who you stood by
But my darkest day
was the day that you died
