Why were you the victim?

Another murder,another sin,
oh! my dear cousin why were you the victim?

Your little daughter waiting for you anxiously, your infant is crying ,but you are not around to hold them tight .

Tears are not drying, my heart full of grief .
our childhood memories now haunts me in my sleep.
your smiling face now pierces me deep.

Your unnatural death have left me bewildered,doesnt make any sense to me.
why these has to happen, why were you the victim?

may your soul rest in peace,
whereever you are , do look upon your little sis....

*dedicated 2 my cousin sis who died last month(dec. 2004)

    Your poems are more like stories than poems, but I can't rate them lower than a five, because of how much soul and caring you put into your writing, that deserves a five because writing from the heart and soul beats simply writing or even writing with advanced literatary techniques or vocabulary.
