Fall

I remember you and me Skating slowly together Hand-in-hand Under the lights. I remember how I almost fell But you wrapped your arms around my waist and whispered "don't fall, don't fall" in my ear and you helped me stay up. I didn't fall that night;but then again i did. I feel in love with you but where was my hero then? You didn't come to my rescue. You didn't even care. You just loosened your grip and let me fall to the floor. Breaking every bone and crushing every dream. I remeber how I laughed and smiled when you helped me up before. And I will always remember how I cried and hurt when you left me here alone. How could I be so blind to the smile in your eyes. It was like a bad omen. Did you plan to hurt me so when you let me fall? Or did you really love me? Did you even care at all?
