The Best Friend In You

Was there a day that you ever let me down?
Have you ever just let me lay in bed all day and mope around.

Have you ever not been there to dry all my tears?
I think you were there all those times to scare away my fears.

Has there ever been a moment in life where you told me give just give it all up, because you thought my life was getting way to tough?

When I had a broken heart and I was drowning in pain...I went to you and it seemed like you were my sunshine stopping all the rain.

Have I always been there for you? Holding your hand being your best friend always helping you make it through?

If anyone understands what I'm trying to say you'll understand how I feel everyday....if you have a true friend anywhere in between the little fights the late nights and the parties, you have to stay true but one thing is for sure if you want them to be there to help you make it through you have to be there for them too.....

Thanks to all my friends...I know I haven't always been there for you all, all the way but you guys have always been there for me and I'm very thankful to have friends like you guys...I'm now learning from my mistakes because I don't want to lose any of you because I'm so lucky to have friends like you guys!
