Look at me (not finished)

When you look at me,
Exactly what do you see?
Do you see through the fake grin,
To the tears and pain within?
Do you see into the false laughing eyes,
To the tortured sould that cries?
When I am near,
What do you hear?
The false high laugh,
Or the blood from my wrists hitting the water in the bath?

This isn't done either but tell me what u think so far and any suggestions u have. Thanx
