Sucide is a Petty Thing

Suicide is a petty thing,
Which desperate people commit.
They’ve decided that they have
Had quite enough of it.
They are so upset,
They think that their life,
Is perfectly horrible
And so full of strife.
So they decide to end it,
With some pills or a gun,
But the life they’re hurting,
Is that of everyone.

Suicide is a petty thing,
Which perturbed people do,
Who do not see the beauty
In the life of them and you.
While destroying theirs
They remove a bit of yours.
You are falling with them,
When they jump off 14 floors.
They hurt the world,
While maiming their body,
The best thing you can do,
Is to go out and stop somebody.

    bow at hailey... i liked ur other poems... i liked this one too, but theres something in it that i disagree...
    ima suicidal... thou we drag people down with us, that doesnt mean they always gonna be down for the rest of their lives... people forget as time passes by, and they will bury the pain that we (suicide) once created, and good memories always remains...
    sometimes people that cant relate to us(suicidals) they tend to close their eyes and mind to the reality, and that drags us down even more...
    the reaason why things happen is couse some tends to take away the understanding we need...
    (((just a thought i wanna share =) )))

    anyways... nice poem zoe =) hope u pass by mine and read the mind of a suicidal... (((hugs)))
