Friends

by Tanya, Mom of one.   Jan 5, 2005

They make you smile,
They tear at your heart,
They laugh at you,
When you suddenly fart.

They get your jokes,
Even when they arent funny,
If you are broke?
They give you money.

They agree with you,
Even tho you might be wrong,
They put up with your music,
Even when they hate the song.

They keep secrets till the end,
Never uttering a peep,
They feel like killing you at times,
When your babbling, and they need some sleep.

They never let a day go by,
Without at least a call,
They pick you up and set you strait,
Even after the huge laugh, when you fall.

They understand just by looking at you,
The words need not to be spoken,
They are very sincere,
A bond that can never be broken.

"They" is the word I am using,
When really it should be a "She",
I don't think she really knows,
How much she means to me.

My Best Friend in the world,
Is perfect in my eyes,
You don't see flaws or imperfection,
With each day that goes by.

With out her I would be lost,
She's my pal, sister, and friend,
I know that we will be there for each other.....
Right up to the very end.

***Then we will get out heads frozen like the Golden Girls*****

(Only you will know what I am talking about Christy!!!!)
