Broken Hallelujah'

by Krete   Jan 5, 2005

Love once was a paramount obsession.

It was the epitome of my life,
In fact it leveled all my strife.

Love had that thing for me.

Whenever joy seemed to fade,
it always came back to brighten the facade.

In one form or another,
It couldn't seem to leave.

But when the Hallelujah of my life broke down,
life seemed to drive away in frown.

It put itself in Over Drive,
and when seventy all down 81.

I wonder why my one true love,
came in the form of such a dove...

I wonder why men don't follow law.
And as to Why,
The Ambulance had a flaw.

My Hallelujahs Broken,
its buried in the ground.

Its so deep and down,
that even I,
wont turn my frown to look down.

My Hallelujahs Broken,
its buried in the Ground.

My Hallelujah Woman,
My six feet underground.
