Years From Now

In order to achieve
That goal that I desired
Education was a priority
The greatest I’ve acquired

Throughout my years as a child
As an adult and also teen
I came to see the importance
What education truly means

Anything is possible
When your mind is set
To study hard and get good grades
You have seen nothing yet

I know I did the best I could
To earn the grades that I deserve
I have beaten all the odds
I went way beyond the curve

So many years have now passed
And I have finally come to see
If you stride hard and try your best
You’ll get to where you want to be
