to two months today...
Two months of phone calls,
usually one or two each day,
Two months that I don't want to change,
in any single way...
Two months of being happy when we're together,
even when we are apart,
The distance that stands between us,
only strengthens the feelings in my heart...
Two months of hugs,
laughter and kisses,
Two months of smiles,
fulfilled dreams and wishes...
Two bittersweet months,
that have seemed like forever,
That I don't want to end,
today, tomorrow, or ever...
Two months in which,
I've spent time with you,
Cherishing and loving,
everything that you do...
So now I ask,
for two months more,
And after that,
maybe even four...
From two months to six months,
from six months to a year,
I pray that the end of our relationship,
is not anywhere near...
