A Hand Through The Tunnel

When your life seems as bleak as the darkest of nights
And all that you hope, is your fears will take flight

When your life appears to be falling apart
And all that you wish is a cure for your heart

When your life is drained, all you feel is great pain
And all you that you want is to start over again

God in his wisdom sent me straight to you
For guidance and love to help you through

A shoulder to cry on, an ear that will listen
Hope in your life, making your smile glisten

For out of the darkness, past all your gloom
After the rainfall, your flower will bloom

I’ll stay right beside you, until that day’s here
Whether it takes just a day or a year

At the end of the tunnel there is a light
A hand to help guide you through your plight
