Ten little fingers,
Ten little toes.
One huge smile,
And a cute button nose.

I held you in my arms,
When you entered this world.
Two bright eyes staring,
My world began to swirl.

You grew so fast,
Right before my eyes.
Rolling crawling, walking,
So many laughs, so many cries.

You've changed so much,
Just one year has passed.
You've got you whole life ahead,
It's gone by so fast.

Shit isn't good now,
Between your father and me.
Sometimes we're happy, other times sad,
Don't know what's meant to be.

I do know I love you,
You're the best one in my life.
I want the world for you,
All your dreams in sight.
