Transformation

by Elizabeth Ann   Jan 11, 2005

I don’t care enough for want of a perfect soul, but I’m lost for what I’m doing here.
More livid with doubt I stray, so abrading my confidence to suffer through your stay, only to lose hope again...
What good in any way after I’ve turned away, my life this one I need forever, just begun?
Those who’ve known my lifetime only to experience the same, every one of us taken by another life we’ve claimed.
And our weary hearts wrest encumbered...where the dignity of our souls are numbered.

When even tunnel vision turns to darkness, and such promise of its bright overwhelms us so we’re led to believe...

Again, words to express more than one. Everytime I read I gain a new ideal.

*beams* You made me look in the dictionary too!
