You Wanted This

So you’re depressed you want it all to end,
And it’s the Undertaker we take you my friend.
Void of any happiness, now that sorrow has came to plunder,
You walk away feeling like you’re a blunder.
Your arms scared with lines of pain,
Trying so desperately to open each and every vane.
You face contorted with self-pity looking like a complete mess,
You voice is raspy at best when you try to confess.
Tell me what happened to the one I knew was strong,
And did this transformation really take that long.
You were one of the brightest that excelled at all,
This is a shame to see you now at your fall.
Hold close your words of despair and hurtful remarks,
For I just see a shadow of a friend with no living sparks.
Was it drugs that did this to you,
Please tell me this is not true?
Your eyes are vacant; I only see a mindless stare,
Tell me is it still you or do you even care.
You don’t speak with any glimmer or any hope,
You just seem life in life you have nothing to cope.
I hold your hand and you don’t even recognize my touch,
Oh please God this is too much.
I can’t bear to see this, and I don’t think you can go another day,
So out of friendship I will let you be my prey.
Yes lets take a ride beyond the woods to the lake you came to enjoy,
Let play like children and use my gun as our toy.
You won’t be coming back for this is the end,
For I can’t see you suffer like this my friend.
In a click it will all go away,
And as I cast you in the waters a prayer I will say.
You will fall into the murk and be no more.
And again your happiness will finally sore.
For you given me no way out,
And to this chore I must remain stout.
It will be a flash and then you will fall from grace,
For when the bullet tears through your head I will look into your face.
