Across The Room,
I Take A Chance
Glaring At You
Caught Myself In A Trance.

Captured In The Lock
Of Gazing Into Your Eyes.
To Know What's Behind Them
Has Got Me Mesmerized.

But When It Comes To The Approach,
Still Finding Myself Scared Senseless.
Rejection And Hurt Paralyzes Confidence
Afraid Of Being Another Second Best.

Across The Room,
Locked In An Unknown Stranger's Eyes
Wishing To Know What's Behind Them
But I'll Never Know What Lies.

***about this guy Erick in my 3rd period, i have never spoke a word to him but i find myself so lost in him, not in looks, but there is something i want to capture in him, but i can't bring myself to talk to him and that never happens!! it's so odd!***

    hahahaha, i have that same problem... i look into a kid's eyes in my 7th block. i feel like a moron after while... and whenever i talk to him , me staring never comes up. haha. great job. i know just what you are thinking.
