Sunday we went to church
And praised the Lord together
Monday we hit the beach
And it was perfect weather
We slept on the sand
'Til Tuesday came along

Wednesday her feather couch
Is where we spent the night
Talking, kissing, and hugging
Until the morning light
Thursday it was my house
We watched "Love and Basketball"
Friday the football game
She was with me through it all
Saturday was up to her
Just as long as we were together
The week I spent with her
Was my best week ever
