I love you

I'm pathetic
a lost hope
another broken dream
we thought we had it all
but suddenly i took a dive
a dive into darkness
depression and death
he tried to grab my hand
but i was gone by then
another mindless drone
in a world full of dreams
no one could find me
the real me
was gone
just like that
everyone tried their best
they tried and they tried
then one glorious day he did it
he told me what i wanted to hear
three words made my world
"i love you"
he said as held me in his arms
and i cried, i cried for hours
just sitting there
on the beach in the sand
crying tears of happiness
that day he saved me
was a lucky day
because that day on the beach
i was planning a murder
i was gonna take a life
not my friends or family's
but my own
i thought he didn't love me
so i thought there was no point
and when he held me in his arms
and told me how he felt i knew
i knew i was terribly wrong
so now we live in happiness
no more darkness and depression
and everyday now he tells me
"i love you"
