Have i told you lately
how good a friend you are?
and how without you i wouldn't have made it this far?

you make my world so much lighter
just knowing you
makes my moods brighter

you saved me from a thing called depression
with you by my side
i learn't my lesson

have i told you lately
how much i need you?
and the fact that your here
lets me know our friendships strong and true

thank you for everything
my kind hearted friend
thanks for letting me know
your here until the end

    Wonderful poem. I understand where you're coming from; if my best friend hadn't helped me through a lot of my family problems, I don't know where I'd be. Great work & keep it up! Thanks for your comments - I really appreciated them! Oh, and by the way, which part of Australia are you from? I've got a really good friend who moved to the US last year from Brisbane. Just curious. Thanks again!
