Deadly Love

by •Perpetual•Solitude•   Jan 15, 2005

I see him there
Their love at my toll
I have one wish
Of death upon his soul

I fought for him
Tried to make him see
He couldn’t have any girl
Unless it was me

I told him if he walked
He would never live
To see another day
No more love could he give

Sweet words of love
He had whispered in my ear
Then he walked away
My worst fear

The cold steel blade
Stays steady in my hand
I’ll strike him down
Bury him in the sand

He should have listened
When I told him I loved him
Forever he’ll walk hell
Only knowing his last sin

Out of the shadows
Pure evil shining in my eyes
Never will I rest
Until the day he dies

Arm raised high
I feel the blade pierce his skin
I laugh at his struggle
It’s all over, I win

He hurt me worse
Than I could have dreamed
He loved me
Or so it seemed
