Blissful cuts

by Stacey Martin   Jan 16, 2005

Do it for the pain thats been caused by others
For the hate and tyranny that you have experienced
Do it for the infliction of deepened wounds
For the never ending pain uncontrollable

You cut until your hearts content
With silent screams and broken tears
A sickened smile that crosses your face
Do it until it starts to bleed

As you watch the blood drip down your arm
You watch until your tears have dried
This pain that feels so great
Start again and don't delay

You broke yourself in an act of bliss
An act of pain but an act of joy
She does it again until it stains her heart
Not stopping until her days are ending

Crying for the past that takes effect
Breaking her skin loving what shes done
She smiles a smile with a saddened heart
