This is simply beautiful, haunting. It reminds me of the Lady of Shalott. Obviously its own tale, own creature, but it is reminiscent in nature of a Pre-Rafaelite painting in verse. Just beautiful. |

What an enchanting poem. I'm speachless. The way you described her, "Her hair still chocolate rivers, her skin white as milk," it almost made me want to eat her. The way you wrote it gave a delicate feel, as if she was part of nature, maybe a tree, maybe part of the wind. Yet, she will be sad until she is released with the angels. It was with out a doubt a beautiful poem. I cannot find a fault. Thanks for sharing. |
